Students receive guidance on identifying eligible externship sites, templates for outreach to potential host facilities, and one-on-one coaching support to navigate scheduling, requirements, and documentation.

Externship sites are independent clinics, hospitals, and facilities that set their own intake capacity and scheduling. No training provider can guarantee a third party will accept a specific student, so Health Tech Academy focuses on maximizing a student’s readiness and search support instead of making a promise it cannot control.
